7 Day Return Policy

If your return is accepted, we will share the next steps on product pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation is possible until the order is marked as "READY TO SHIP".

Rarely, we may have to cancel your order because of operating issues. We will refund your prepaid amount if any automatically in such a scenario in 1-5 business days

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
